Ils peuvent être ajoutés : en scannant un QR code en boutique via un formulaire WhatsApp manuellement par vous (nom + numéro)
Est-ce que mes données sont en sécurité ?
Oui. Les données sont hébergées sur des serveurs sécurisés en Europe (via Supabase), et les messages transitent par l’API officielle WhatsApp (Twilio). Aucun partage ou revente.
Est-ce légal d’envoyer des messages à mes clients ?
Oui, tant qu’ils donnent leur accord. Nous intégrons une procédure d’opt-in simple, respectueuse du RGPD, que ce soit via formulaire, QR code ou ajout manuel informé.
